Hi, I’m Alison — I’m so happy to meet you.

I understand how challenging it can feel to make real, lasting change. But here’s what I know for certain: I believe in you.

I see your potential, your strength, and the beauty within you — and it’s my greatest passion to help you design the life you truly desire.

My journey began as a hairdresser, where I had the privilege of helping women look and feel their best every day. That path led me to the film industry, working behind the scenes doing hair and makeup. While the industry may seem glamorous from the outside, my true purpose ran much deeper — I was there to hold space for women, to help them feel grounded, strong, beautiful, and empowered from the inside out.

Over time, I began to understand that true empowerment doesn’t come from the outside at all — it comes from within. What lights me up most is helping women reconnect to their inner wisdom, their truth, and their power.

This calling led me to become a Certified Health Coach, Master Transformational Coach, Reiki Master, and Hypnotist — so I could offer tools that create change not just on the surface, but deep in the Soul.

And then, everything changed.

On January 8th, 2024, our 100-year-old home — along with our beloved Altadena community — burned to the ground. It was the most devastating loss my family and I had ever experienced. We lost all of our belongings, the place we called home, and the sense of stability we had known for years.

What followed were weeks of stillness, grief, and deep cocooning.

In that quiet space, something sacred emerged. I turned to the only things that seemed to help me navigate the darkness: the Akashic Records and hypnosis. These tools helped me begin to see that even in the midst of unimaginable loss, my Soul still had me. My Higher Self hadn’t left — it was waiting to guide me home to myself.

It was from this tender, transformative space that a new healing modality was born:
